Remedies on Acidity –

Most common causes of Acidity may be linked to consumption of spicy food, alcohol, meat-based diet or a result of some medication.


Have a glass of lukewarm water every day.

After meals keep a small piece of JAGGERY/ GUR in your mouth

Try including some acidity inhibitor food stuff in your daily diet like – Banana, Watermelon, Cucumber, Almond and Yogurt. Coconut water / Nariyal paani is great for curing acidity.

Put a clove in your mouth after meal, it also helps prevent acidity

Boil 1 tsp. of SAUNF/ Aniseed in a cup of water, when it cools down – strain the water and drink it
