SOAK 3 Tablespoon of SAUNF (Fennel) in water for 2 hours. Then strain in and keep drinking that water through the day.
HOMEMADE SCRUB FOR GLOWING COMPLEXION
- -COCONUT OIL – 1/4th CUP
- -SUGAR – 2 TBLSPN
- -JUICE OF HALF A LIME
- Mix the Coconut oil, Sugar and Lime juice in a bowl.
Use a fine-grained sugar, rather than coarse sugar as the later can be harsh to your face.
Apply the above mixture to your face in a slow round round manner with special attention to the side of the nose and any little lines or dry spots.
Please be careful around the eyes. Wash it off with normal water and wipe with a soft napkin and see your skin glow!!
