Healthy Tea

RECIPE:

WATER – 2 Cups

FRESH GINGER – 1 INCH Grated

HALDI or TURMERIC – Fresh Haldi 1 inch grated or 2 Teaspoon turmeric powder

CINNAMON – 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon or 2 to 3 Cinnamon sticks

BLACK PEPPERCORNS – Golmiri 3 to 4

HONEY

FRESH LEMON JUICE OR SLICE

FRESH MINT LEAVES

INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil the water in a saucepan.

To it add the grated Ginger, grated or powder Turmeric, Cinnamon, Peppercorns and Fresh Mint leaves.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes on medium-low heat.

Then strain and pour it in a tea mug and to it add some fresh Lemon juice and Honey.

Enjoy this wonderful tea while hot!
